why permanently share it though if it was intended for exclusive access, had the team of rc pro not had thought that far? i believe copyright protection lasts 20 years. *shakeshead* i suppose you will not post back here now.
well, alright. i removed it cause realized perhaps that i (souldnt) share it that its against the rules and policy. anyone else check these forums?

I am like 90% sure I responded to you elsewhere already, but I can give you multiple reasons.
1) The company delivered a broken product to paid users and then disappeared. They've been gone for like a decade. They aren't coming back. There are no "rules and policy." The company doesn't exist anymore and the original owners clearly don't care about it anymore.
2) Because of #1, the only hope now that the product will *ever* work is for the community to rally around the source code that is available. That likely won't happen, sure, but it *definitely* won't happen if people don't keep the source code published somewhere.
3) The only way to preserve it is to make sure it stays out there.
4) You made the choice to share it. Once it was shared, there was no way to control who downloaded it. If I didn't reupload it, there was no guarantee that someone else wouldn't have. You made that choice, which was good for the survival of the engine, and it was immediately out of your hands afterwards.
Also, please stop with the passive aggressive attitude. It's only making you look bad.
